Leads aren't syncing to my CRM

If HAB is capturing leads but they aren't showing up in your CRM, the connection or field mapping usually needs attention. Try these steps.

1. Confirm the integration is connected

Open the Integrations section and check that your CRM shows Connected. If it shows an error or "Reconnect," the connection has dropped.

2. Re-authorize the connection

Access tokens can expire or be revoked (for example, after a password change on the CRM side). Click Reconnect and sign in again to refresh the connection.

3. Check your field mapping

Open the integration's settings and confirm HAB's fields (name, phone, service, address) are mapped to valid fields in your CRM. A required CRM field left unmapped can block new records from saving.

4. Check the destination

Make sure leads are pointed at the right place — the correct pipeline, list, or sub-account. In GoHighLevel especially, confirm you selected the right location.

5. Confirm the lead qualified

HAB syncs qualified leads. Open the Leads section and confirm the lead reached a status that triggers sync. A conversation that ended early may not have synced.

6. Send a test lead

Run a sample conversation in Bot → Test, then check your CRM a minute later.

Note: Already-captured leads from before you connected the CRM won't sync retroactively. You can export them to CSV and import them manually.

Still stuck? Contact support with the lead's name and time so they can trace it — see Contacting HAB support.
