Before you reach out

To get your issue solved faster, gather:

  • A short description of what's happening and what you expected.
  • The section of the dashboard involved (Bot, Leads, Calendar, Integrations, and so on).
  • For a specific conversation or lead, its name and time so we can find it.
  • Any error message you saw (a screenshot helps).

Common things we can help with

  • Getting your bot live and answering calls.
  • Connecting your calendar or CRM.
  • Reviewing why a lead didn't qualify or sync.
  • Choosing or changing your plan.
