Appointments aren't showing on my calendar

If HAB confirms appointments but they aren't landing on your calendar, the calendar connection or availability settings are the usual cause.

1. Confirm your calendar is connected

Open the Calendar section and check that Google or Outlook shows Connected. If it shows "Reconnect," the link has dropped.

2. Re-authorize if needed

Click Reconnect and sign in again. Calendar permissions can expire or be revoked, which silently stops new events from being written.

3. Check the selected calendar

Make sure HAB is booking into the calendar you're actually looking at. If you have several calendars, HAB may be writing to a different one than the one open on your screen.

4. Look for availability conflicts

If customers report that no times are offered, open Calendar → Availability and confirm your working hours aren't fully blocked and your daily limit isn't set too low.

5. Verify the booking actually completed

Open the matching conversation in Conversations. Confirm the customer accepted a time and HAB confirmed it. A conversation that ended before confirmation won't create an event.

6. Run a test booking

Use Bot → Test to book a sample appointment, then watch your calendar for a few seconds.

Tip: Use a dedicated "HAB Bookings" calendar and keep it visible. It makes confirming that automated appointments arrived much easier.

If appointments still don't appear, contact support — see Contacting HAB support.
