Using the native HAB CRM

You don't need a separate CRM to use HAB. The native HAB CRM is built in and keeps everything in one place — perfect if you're not already running another system.

What the native CRM gives you

  • All your leads in the Leads section, with status and details.
  • Every conversation linked to its lead, including transcripts and recordings.
  • Booked appointments tied to the lead and your calendar.
  • Export to CSV anytime if you later move to another tool.

Getting started

There's nothing to connect — it works out of the box. Just use the Leads and Conversations sections as your day-to-day workspace:

  1. Review new leads each morning in Leads.
  2. Open a lead to see its full conversation and any booked appointment.
  3. Update the lead's status as you work it.
  4. Add notes so your team stays aligned.

When to add an outside CRM

Stick with the native CRM if it covers your needs. Consider connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or a field-service tool when you need advanced pipelines, team reporting, or to match a system your office already runs.

Tip: Even if you plan to connect an external CRM later, the native HAB CRM is a great way to start fast today — your leads are captured from day one, and you can export or sync them whenever you're ready.
