Connecting GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel (GHL) is a popular all-in-one CRM and marketing platform. Connecting it lets HAB feed leads directly into your GHL pipelines and automations.

Connect GoHighLevel

1. Open the Integrations section.
2. Find GoHighLevel and click Connect.
3. Sign in to GoHighLevel and authorize HAB.
4. Select the sub-account (location) HAB should send leads into. This matters if you manage multiple businesses or clients in GHL.

Map fields and pipeline

1. Map HAB's lead fields (name, phone, service, address) to your GHL contact fields.
2. Choose the pipeline and stage new leads should enter.
3. Optionally add a tag (for example, "HAB Lead") so you can trigger workflows off it.
4. Save.

Put it to work

Because the lead enters GHL tagged and in a known stage, your existing workflows and automations — text follow-ups, email sequences, pipeline moves — can run automatically.

Tip: Add a distinct tag like "HAB Lead" to every synced contact. It's the cleanest way to build GHL automations that fire only for leads HAB brings in.

Note: If you manage several locations, double-check you selected the correct sub-account. Leads sent to the wrong location are the most common GHL setup mistake.
