Connecting GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel (GHL) is a popular all-in-one CRM and marketing platform. Connecting it lets HAB automatically create contacts in your GHL sub-account when leads are captured.

Connect GoHighLevel

  1. Open the Integrations section.
  2. Find GoHighLevel and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to GoHighLevel and authorize HAB.
  4. During the OAuth redirect, GoHighLevel asks you to choose the location (sub-account) where contacts should be created. This happens in GoHighLevel's authorization flow — not inside HAB's UI. If you manage multiple locations, pick the correct one before finishing.

What gets synced

HAB sends a fixed set of fields to GoHighLevel: first name, last name, email, and phone. Service requested, address, and other lead details are not transmitted. There is no field-mapping screen in HAB — these fields are hardcoded in the integration.

Each contact is tagged automatically with letshab and the lead source (for example, web). You cannot customize tags in HAB.

The integration creates contacts only. It does not create opportunities, assign pipeline stages, or move leads into pipelines.

Push existing leads

Open the Leads page and click Sync all to CRMs to send leads that were captured before you connected GoHighLevel.

Tip: During setup, confirm you authorized the correct GHL location. Contacts sent to the wrong location are the most common setup mistake.

Note: If contacts stop appearing in GoHighLevel, the connection may need to be re-authorized. See Leads aren't syncing to my CRM for the full checklist.
