Connecting field-service software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro)

If you run your trade business on field-service software, connect it so HAB's leads and appointments flow straight into your dispatch and scheduling workflow.

Connect the integration

  1. Open the Integrations section.
  2. Find your tool — ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro — and click Connect.
  3. Sign in and authorize the connection. Some platforms require an admin or owner account to approve it.
  4. Choose where new records should go (for example, a customer record plus a new job or request).

Map fields

Match HAB's captured details to the right fields:

  • Customer name, phone, and address to the customer record
  • Service requested to the job type or request description
  • Appointment time (when booked) to the scheduled job

Save when you're done.

Test it

Run a sample booking from Bot → Test and confirm a customer and job appear in your field-service tool.

Note: Some field-service platforms create a customer and a job/request as separate records. Check that both show up as you expect after your test.

Tip: Keep your service names in HAB consistent with your job types in the field-service tool. Matching names make the mapping cleaner and your reports easier to read.
