What HAB does

The HAB flow: Conversation to Calendar

Every interaction follows the same four steps:

  1. Call / Chat — A customer calls your business number or messages your website widget. HAB picks up instantly and greets them in your business's voice.
  2. Qualify — HAB asks about the job (for example, "Is this a repair or a new install?"), confirms the service area, and collects contact details.
  3. Book — If the customer is a fit, HAB offers open time slots from your calendar and books the appointment then and there.
  4. Sync — The lead and appointment are saved to HAB and pushed to your CRM and calendar automatically.
