Understanding your dashboard
Your dashboard is mission control for your AI receptionist. Here's what each section does, plus the key metrics you'll see on the home screen.
The sections
- Dashboard — Your home screen. Shows performance at a glance: calls and chats handled, appointments booked, and conversion rate.
- Bot — Create, configure, train, and test your AI agent. Set its greeting, personality, and voice or chat behavior.
- Leads — Every captured lead with name, contact info, service requested, and qualification status. Filter and view from here.
- Conversations — Full call and chat transcripts (and recordings), so you can see exactly what HAB said and how customers responded.
- Calendar — Connect Google Calendar, set availability, and view booked appointments.
- Integrations — Connect your CRM and field-service software so leads sync automatically.
- Team — Invite teammates and set their roles and permissions.
- Billing — Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices.
Key metrics on your Dashboard
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Calls Handled | How many inbound phone calls HAB answered. |
| Chats Handled | How many website or messaging chats HAB handled. |
| Appointments Booked | How many jobs HAB booked onto your calendar. |
| Conversion Rate | The share of conversations that turned into a booked appointment. |
Tip: Watch your Conversion Rate over the first couple of weeks. If it's lower than you'd like, your Knowledge Base may be missing details HAB needs to answer confidently. See Best practices for accurate AI answers.
The dashboard stat cards (Calls Handled, Chats Handled, etc.) are not clickable. Recent Activity rows are — select one to open the related lead or conversation.
