Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling

Your plan can change as your business does. Here's how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Upgrade

  1. Open the Billing section and select Change plan.
  2. Choose a higher tier and confirm.
  3. Upgrades usually take effect immediately, so you get the higher limits and features right away.

Downgrade

  1. In Billing, select Change plan and pick a lower tier.
  2. Confirm the change.
  3. Downgrades typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.

Note: Before downgrading, check that your usage (calls, chats, team members, integrations) fits within the lower plan's limits to avoid interruptions.

Cancel

  1. Open the Billing section.
  2. Select Cancel subscription (often near the bottom).
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm.
  4. Your service generally continues until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to your data

Your leads, conversations, and settings remain in your account per HAB's data policy. Export your leads to CSV before cancelling if you want a local copy. See Exporting leads / pushing leads to your CRM.
