Understanding your plan and pricing

Your plan determines what HAB can do and how much usage is included. Here's how to understand what you're paying for.

Where to see your plan

  1. Open the Billing section.
  2. Your current plan is shown at the top, along with its included usage and your renewal date.
  3. Select View plans or Change plan to compare options.

What plans typically include

Plans are usually built around how much your AI receptionist works for you, such as:

  • The number of calls and chats handled.
  • Minutes of voice usage.
  • The integrations available (native CRM vs. premium CRMs and field-service tools).
  • The number of team members and bots.

Higher tiers raise these limits and unlock more advanced integrations.

Watch your usage

The Billing (or Dashboard) view shows your usage against your plan's limits, so you can see how much headroom you have before your renewal date.

Tip: If you're regularly close to a limit — especially call/chat volume or minutes — upgrading often costs less than the jobs you'd miss if HAB hit a cap during a busy week.
