Understanding your dashboard KPIs

The top of your Dashboard is where HAB shows how your AI receptionist is performing right now. These KPI cards give you a quick read on volume, bookings, and business impact — no digging required.

The Dashboard home screen — AI Performance metrics and the Recent Activity feed at the bottom.

The headline card

At the top you'll see a summary message — for example, "Your AI is capturing leads 24/7" — along with three core numbers:

MetricWhat it measures
RevenueEstimated dollar value of the jobs HAB has helped you capture. Based on your services and booked appointments.
Leads GeneratedTotal new leads HAB collected — name, contact info, and service details included.
Calls HandledInbound phone calls your AI receptionist answered.

Revenue is your ROI at a glance. If it's climbing week over week, HAB is turning conversations into real work.

The Three stat cards

Below the headline, four cards break down how customers reach you and how many turn into booked jobs:

CardWhat it tells you
Chats HandledWebsite and messaging conversations HAB handled. The percentage shows chats as a share of all interactions (calls + chats).
Appointments BookedJobs HAB booked directly onto your calendar. The percentage shows booked appointments as a share of total leads.
Conversion RateThe share of all interactions that ended in a booked appointment.

For example, if you see 50 chats (56% of interactions) and 5 appointments (38% of leads) with a 5.6% conversion rate, that tells you chat is your busier channel and there's room to improve how many leads become bookings.

How to read them together

  • High leads, low appointments — HAB is capturing interest but not closing. Check your Calendar availability and whether your Knowledge Base answers pricing and service questions confidently.
  • High calls, low chats — Most customers reach you by phone. Make sure your voice settings sound natural and your greeting is clear.
  • High chats, low calls — Your website widget is doing the work. Consider promoting your phone number if you want more voice traffic.
  • Revenue flat but leads rising — Leads are coming in but not converting to high-value jobs. Review which services are being requested and whether HAB is offering booking for the right ones.

What the cards don't do

The KPI stat cards themselves are not clickable — they're a snapshot, not a drill-down. To see the individual leads or conversations behind a number, scroll to Recent Activity at the bottom of the Dashboard or open the Leads and Conversations sections from the sidebar.

Tip: Check these cards once a week at the same time (Monday morning works well). A five-minute glance tells you whether last week's Knowledge Base or calendar changes actually moved the needle.
