Viewing and managing your leads

Every time HAB talks to a potential customer, it captures a lead. The Leads section is where you'll find them all.

What's in a lead

Each lead typically includes:

  • Name and phone number
  • Service requested
  • Address / service location
  • Status (for example, New, Qualified, Booked, or Closed)
  • A link to the full conversation and any booked appointment

View and search

  1. Open the Leads section from the left sidebar.
  2. Browse the list, newest first.
  3. Use the search box to find a lead by name, phone, or service.
  4. Use filters to narrow by status, date range, or service type.

Manage a lead

  1. Click a lead to open its detail view.
  2. Review the captured details and the linked conversation.
  3. Update the status as you work it (e.g. move it to "Booked" or "Closed").
  4. Add a note for your team if there's something to remember.

Tip: Make a habit of clearing out "New" leads each morning. Even though HAB books appointments automatically, a quick human follow-up on the ones it couldn't close often wins extra jobs.

Keep your team aligned

If you have teammates, everyone with access sees the same lead list, so your office and field staff stay in sync. Manage who can see and edit leads in the Team section.
